Every time I go to Albertaco’s, I order a quesadilla. Whether I am there with a few friends on a weekday or with a crowd of people on the weekend, I stay true to my order. In fact, I have never even thought about ordering anything else. The reason I have not strayed away from the quesadilla is because it’s my go-to comfort food. It’s simple but savory, and it has never failed to satisfy my late night craving.
