·     Mud N Blood Zombie Run

o  June 7 in Sanger, CA

o   Zombie infested blueberry fields, tree lined roads, over and through water and obstacles. Each runner will start with three flags. The object of the race is to finish the course with at least one flag remaining. Zombies on the trail will attempt to “infect” you by stealing your flags. Medics along the way can give you new life (a flag). If you cross the finish line without any flags, your flesh will soon start to rot!  If you do not want to be Zombie food, just run without your flags and the Zombies will go after the “living”.

o   What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Well, you'll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want as long as you've got at least 5 people.

·     Mudderella

o  Oct 4 in San Diego

o   This event was designed by women, for women. The courses are 5–7 miles and include 12–15 obstacles. It’s a true athletic challenge, designed to test all-around fitness. It helps to be a good runner, but you don’t have to be a trained marathon runner in order to be a Mudderella. You can go through the course at your own speed, and there are opportunities to take breaks from running at each obstacle.
