Green Juice Smoothie Recipe

Want a delicious way to get those greens in? Start your day off right with a green smoothie. Sip this sweet concoction post-morning workout and you’ll be sure to feel energized and ready to take on the day!

    Green Smoothie

-1 cup raw kale, chopped (You can also use baby kale.)

-1 frozen banana, roughly chopped

-1 cup frozen mango

-1 teaspoon chia seeds

-1 squeeze lemon

-1 cup almond milk (I like Almond Breeze Unsweetened.)

-a couple strawberries to make it sweeter (optional)

1.    Add bananas, kale, and mango to your blender.

2.    Squeeze lemon juice into blender.

3.    Add chia seeds and almond milk.

4.    Blend together until smooth.

5.    Enjoy!
