How to Eat Healthy in College

Students have all heard about eating right. They’ve heard everything you shouldn’t do and everything you should. With increasing constrictions on what is right to eat, how does a student who craves chocolate, Albertaco’s, and In-N-Out eat correctly without getting caught in fads?

Here are some tips to stepping up your health game while in college:

  • Fill your fridge with healthy food

  • Pre-make dinners, smoothies and snacks

  • Eat a good breakfast

  • Mix up workouts

  • Drink lots of water
