  1. Eggs- This old-fashioned breakfast food item provides an ample opportunity to get a boost of choline and protein. These help boost memory, concentration and energy levels. Egg up!

  2. Seeds- Whether they be sunflower or pumpkin seeds, it’s always a good idea to add some seeds to your study snack mix. These babies are rich with omega 3 fatty acids and Vitamins A and E. This helps improve mood and brain function. Seed you at the library!

  3. Avocado- Most people think avocado just belongs on salads or sandwiches, but they can actually make a great on the go snack. Not only that, but these babies are loaded with healthy fats that boost brain development and concentration. Plus, who doesn’t love green food?

  4. Bananas- These yellow yummies provide the perfect on the go healthy snack. They also have vitamin B6, potassium and folic acid which increases serotonin and helps us feel happy. Who doesn’t need that during a long day of studying?

  5. Green Tea- It’s important to stay hydrated and caffeinated while studying, and green tea is the perfect way to fulfill both needs.
