WHITE CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT CORN IS THE PERFECT HOLIDAY TREAT. WRAP IT UP IN A CLEAR BAG WITH SOME RIBBON FOR A SWEET STOCKING STUFFER.

1.     S’mores Popcorn

Whisk three tablespoons of melted butter with one teaspoon of vanilla extract and one teaspoon of kosher salt. Drizzle over popcorn and toss together with one cup of mini marshmallows, one cup of chocolate chips and one cup of lightly crushed graham crackers. Spread over a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about two minutes, or until the marshmallows and chocolate are slightly melted.

2.     Cinnabon Popcorn

Melt ¼ cup of butter with ¼ cup of brown sugar and ½ teaspoon of vanilla together until you form a sweet brown butter sauce. Pour over popcorn and toss together with one teaspoon of cinnamon. Add a pinch of salt for a little contrast.

3.     Oreo White Chocolate Popcorn

Melt 10 ounces of white chocolate candy coating and pour over popcorn. Mix well with a rubber spatula and add 15-18 crushed Oreo cookies for a new take on cookies and cream.

4.     Peanut Butter Banana Popcorn

Heat ½ cup of honey and ¼ cup of sugar over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves (about five minutes). Stir in ½ cup of peanut butter and ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract and salt until smooth. Pour over popcorn and add ½ cup of dried banana chips and a handful of semi sweet chocolate chips. Spread over a baking sheet and let cool.

And now for a little holiday cheer…

5.     White Chocolate Peppermint-Corn

Melt 10 ounces of white chocolate candy coating and pour over popcorn. Mix well and add 1/8 cup of crushed candy cane and a handful of semi sweet chocolate chips.
