Green Tea

Green tea is more than just green leaves that makes water green, it has a lot of polyphenols which are found to provide potential health benefits. Compounds in green tea can actually make one smarter and improve brain function because of the caffeine– it doesn’t contain as much caffeine as coffee and also contains L-theanine, which, when mixed with caffeine, improves brain function.

Green tea also speeds up metabolism and improves physical performance.

Drinking a cup of green tea a day can lower the risk of multiple types of cancer like breast, prostate and colorectal cancer. It also lowers the risk of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease, helping people feel young even in old age.

Another plus is that the catechins in green tea block the bacteria and growth of certain viruses, thus minimizing the risk of infections.

Live a longer and healthier life with green tea.
